From 1 July to 31 August, marvel at the sound and light show in Béziers every evening! Make your way to the Place de la Madeleine for a magical, poetic experience that will plunge you into the city’s past. Projected onto the Madeleine church, these freely accessible light shows will bring the building to life, taking you on a journey back in time.

Béziers is a lady, a very old lady. It is – listen carefully – 2650 years old! It’s the oldest town in France, and it’s had its adventures, its joys and sorrows, its victories and defeats. This is the story we’re going to tell you. With its heroes, its martyrs, known and unknown. Let’s go. Let’s go back in time…
