In the heart of Sérignan, to the right of the market hall (former town hall), the Cave Si Le Vin is located in an 18th century winegrower's building with a blue Mediterranean façade
The curious will walk his taste buds from Saint-Chinian to Minervois via Cabardés, Corbières, Fitou, the lover of Languedoc grape varieties will also discover the flavors of regional products and will appreciate the gourmet tastings that are proposed.
