With its majestic glass roof in the shape of a barge's prow, "le 9" overlooks the Orb plain and the Biterroise acropolis on one side, and the Fonseranes lock scale on the other. The restaurant offers a "bistronomic" menu and local wines.
It has 54 seats inside and 130 seats outside with an extraordinary view of the Biterrois region. Ice cream service on site.
