PASSION GOURMANDE OU L’ART DES CONFITURES

It is the story of a Lady and her Passion for jams and Aesthetics, associated with the pleasure of cooking, of elaborating subtle and harmonious mixtures in taste, while making sure that each jar of jam is also a decorative object.
From this "Passion Gourmande" are born traditional and creative home-made jams: a mixture of flavour and elegance.
All my jams are carefully made in a copper cauldron, prepared with just the right amount of sugar, rich in taste, combining gustatory and visual pleasure.
They pleasantly evoke "the time of our grandmothers" so much their flavour and their fragrance revive our taste buds and our memories of yesteryear.
Topped and ribboned, before being tasted, they will decorate your cupboards of yesteryear with grace and distinction.
