Nootka is a micro craft brewery. We started with a blank sheet of paper to create our own business. In this new adventure, we are neo-brewery entrepreneurs, and we love what we do!

Let's go back to the name we chose for the creation of our microbrewery, "Nootka" is an island west of Vancouver and in native language it means "all along the sea and the mountain". We were looking for a name that represented us well, the passion of surfing and nature unites us and having already traveled in this wild country, it seemed to us to be an evidence

We wish to bring modernity and innovation in our recipes in order to make you discover new flavors and new styles of beers.
