The Obrière estate cultivates its 3.5 hours of terraced vines in organic agriculture and agroforestry by applying certain biodynamic principles (plant-based vine treatment, following the lunar calendar), and offers natural wines.
Amfora : 100 % old Carignan vines, matured for a few months in amphoras. A tannic, powerful and structured wine. Available in July 2018.
Le Manhac: Carignan, Grenache, Syrah: greedy, not very tannic and fruity, light and ideal for aperitif. Available in July 2018.
The white Chevalier Servant : 100% of a rare grape variety 'le Servant'; a traditional table grape from the Languedoc region of France that has almost disappeared. A wine of a beautiful freshness, a beautiful acidity. A dry white wine with notes of pears, almonds. A nice roundness, with fatness thanks to a maturing on lees. Limited quantities.
The Domaine is open from Monday to Sunday, by appointment only. Do not hesitate to call us before visiting us.
