Anne-Laure & Marc ROYO took over this 17 ha vineyard in 2018. The estate, named Émile et Rose in memory of the first names of the first owners, is made up of plots of land on small hillsides, with low yields, where carignan, aramon, cinsault, grenache, etc. are grown. Here we are in organic agriculture and we produce excellent micro-vintages. One of them is the almost century-old white carignan planted by our ancestors
The grapes are harvested manually, the wine is made naturally and the wine is aged in barrels and in earthenware amphoras. The domain is in Organic Agriculture since 2004 and since 2010, it is worked according to the principles of Biodynamy.
