The Domaine de Soustres is located on the hill of the famous Oppidum d'Ensérune, considered by many historians as the cradle of wine in France. It is here that the Etruscans and then the Greeks began the wine trade in Gaul and introduced the cultivation of the vine. Discover a historic vineyard cultivated since antiquity in a remarkable landscape. Visit a century-old winery with impressive tuns. Taste aromatic and fresh wines, elegant and greedy, vinified in small vintages and giving pride of place to Mediterranean grape varieties
