The collegiate church of Notre-Dame de Grâce is one of the finest examples of Gothic art in the Biterrois region. Its imposing 30m high bell tower evokes a warrior's dungeon: a machicolation protects the Roman portal
The 7 stained glass windows that light the apse are signed Mauvernay and dated 1879
The church was built on foundations dating from the 10th century and modified over the centuries, between 1129 and 1962
One can notice the broken ceiling of the nave, hidden and then rediscovered in the 20th century, the 10 chapels including the one dedicated to St Guillaume Courtet, martyr of Sérignan
Or the Visigothic stoup, the St Jacques shells painted on the ceiling, celebrating the passage of pilgrims to Compostela.
