- Scallop risotto with trilogy of gambas in American sauce
- Trou Normand
- Tournedos of duck breast with porcini mushrooms, chestnut confit jus and vegetables
- Délice de l'escargot and its round of cheeses
- Farandole of desserts: rum and grape ice cream, candied fruit Baba, chocolate Religieuse
