Domaine Nova Solis was founded in 2016. Located in the commune of Jonquières, Hérault, 40 km northwest of Montpellier, it stretches across the foothills of the Larzac plateau. Romain and Anne Benet cultivate 6 hectares of vines aged between 15 and 65 years, with a respectful approach to nature and biodiversity.
Pruning wood is crushed on site, adding valuable organic matter to the soil. The inter-rows are grassed, and work under the rows is carried out mechanically using an intercep. This commitment to sustainable viticulture has led the estate to obtain organic farming (AB) certification for the 2020 vintage.
