Les Caves Notre Dame invites you to taste the wines of Domaine Émile & Rose.
Anne Laure and Marc Royo took over the vineyard in 2018, which had been run organically by Marcel Gisclard since 2001. With a surface area of 12 ha, the vineyard is made up of plots on small hillsides, cultivated organically, with low yields and a mix of different Mediterranean grape varieties.
