The Caves Notre Dame invite you to taste the wines of Château Ollieux Romanis.

Château Ollieux Romanis is a historic Languedoc estate owned by Pierre Bories. Situated at an altitude of 180 meters on the southeastern slopes of the Massif du Pinada, the vineyard enjoys a Mediterranean climate and is home to vines that are sometimes centuries old. Each plot is equipped with a weather station, enabling us to work the vines in the most precise and appropriate way according to climatic conditions. The wines show a true terroir signature, combining character, depth and aromatic complexity. AOC Corbières Boutenac production is a benchmark for the appellation.
