Guillaume Bureau's first film. Julien Delaunay disappears on a Great War battlefield. His wife, Julie, never wanted to believe he was dead. And when the press publishes a portrait of a vagrant with amnesia, Julie is certain she recognizes Julien. They reunite and learn to love again. However, another woman claims the drifter as her husband.
