CIRDOC – INSTITUT OCCITAN DE CULTURA

The International Center for Occitan Research and Documentation - Institut occitan de cultura is a public organization with a national and international vocation, in charge of the safeguarding, the knowledge and the promotion of the Occitan culture in all its richness and diversity. The CIRDOC Institut occitan de cultura carries out its actions from two sites: the "Mediatèca occitana" (site of Béziers-34) and the "Etnopòle" (site of Pau-64)
Open to all, the " Mediatèca occitana " welcomes you from Monday to Friday. You will discover a rich collection of more than 150,000 documents, from the 14th century to the present day, as well as a cultural and artistic program offering free access to the diversity of current Occitan creation: theater, music, conferences, exhibitions, screenings, study days
