Your personal data controller is: Ms. Anaïs Coquemas; some technical services (hosting) are provided by our technical service provider IRIS Interactive. In accordance with article 28 of the GDPR, this service provider is bound by a strict confidentiality clause which allows it to process the personal data only on documented instructions from the controller and requires it to implement appropriate technical and organisational measures in such a manner that processing will meet the requirements of this Regulation and ensure the protection of the rights of the data subject.

We only save your personal data for a required duration based on the reason for its collection i.e. up to 3 years from the last time you contact us.
After the aforementioned time periods, we delete or anonymise your data.

Article 8 – Personal data transfer

Your right to data portability
The right to data portability over your personal data came into force on May 25th 2018.

solely your personal data, excluding anonymised personal data or data that does not affect you
declarative data and the aforementioned functional personal data
personal data that does not infringe on the rights and liberties of third parties as protected by trade secrets
This right is restricted to data processing that requires consent or a contract and personal data that you have personally produced.
This right does not apply to derived data or inferred data, which is personal data created by Béziers Méditerranée Tourist Board.
Your right to withdraw consent
In the event that we require your consent to process your data, you can withdraw your consent at any time. We will then stop processing your personal data without calling into question previous operations which you consented to.
Your right to complain
You reserve the right to make a complaint to the CNIL in France without prejudice to any other administrative or legal proceedings.
Your right to post-mortem privacy
You may provide instructions about storing, erasing and sharing your personal data upon your death with a trusted and approved third party in charge of upholding the deceased’s wishes in line with applicable legal requirements.

NB: any documents sent as part of this procedure will be destroyed. Any data that may be collected during the procedure will be deleted upon completion.
Please note that any requests that do not comply with these instructions will be ignored.
We endeavour to respond to these requests within 1 month of receipt. It may take an additional 2 months depending on the complexity and number of requests, so a total of 3 months.

However, in terms of exercising your right to information, we may not be required to proceed if:

Article 10 – Data security and recipients
