Le Mas des Frangins, nestled in the heart of Les Halles de Béziers, is a family-run business run by oyster-farming brothers Lucas and Louis. Originally from Mèze, they offer fresh oysters and other shellfish from their farm on the Etang de Thau. Their friendly stand invites you to sample these marine treasures on the spot or to take them away, accompanied by a glass of local white wine.
