In London, to the sound of bells hanging from her elf boots, Kate is dragging behind her a series of bad decisions. Working in a Christmas store, the city is decked out in its finest finery for the festive season, and she can't believe her eyes when she meets Tom. The young man seems to see much more in her than she lets on, and she decides to open her heart and believe it.
