WINE SPA

The Wine Spa gîte is located on the first floor of a tastefully renovated village house in the heart of Servian. You enter into a beautiful living room opening onto a fully-equipped kitchen (induction hob, fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, cooking utensils, etc.).20m2 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom (shower). A second room of 11.5m2, with a very good quality sofa bed, can be used as a bedroom or TV room. There is a large terrace with a large table for outdoor meals, as well as a relaxation area and a jacuzzi for enjoying sunny days.the terrace overlooks the street, which is not very busy. A second small terrace at the rear of the property is also available for breakfast. The flat has a washing machine. Street parking is available free of charge. The owners have a "Vignoble et Découverte" wine cellar below the accommodation, and can offer you wine tastings: 1-hour tasting with explanations, 4 different wines and small snacks at €50 for 2 people.breakfast is extra at €15/person.Frédéric and Sarah will be happy to help you visit other estates in the area. Tourist attractions: Nearby Servian, you can visit the cellars with the help of your hosts and sample local dishes such as shellfish from the Etang de Thau.nearby, you can stroll through the medieval streets of Pézenas and discover the local crafts.of course, the beaches of Agde, Marseillan and Vias are just a few kilometres away, where you can try your hand at water sports or polish up your tan by the Mediterranean. There are also plenty of shady walks and cycle rides along the Canal du Midi, including the 9 locks at Fonséranes and, further north, the Haut Languedoc regional nature park, where you can enjoy beautiful walks in a peaceful setting.
