Mandatory reservationAfter studying art in Montpellier and England, Olivier Calix returned to France in 2002 to take charge of this estate, created from scratch by his parents in 2000 in the village of Armissan. He is now at the head of the estate, designing its cuvées, its sales network and its very soul. Olivier uses sustainable agriculture and organic farming methods for part of the estate, but as a craftsman and creator, he cultivates the entire estate. Beautiful cuvées with a very interesting price/quality ratio.
