The Dammann Brothers' menu is available: black or green tea, from Bali or Ceylon. Rather coffee? It is a triple arabica from Via Café, a talented roaster from Biterre, which is served, always with a gourmet touch. A tighter espresso is offered to those who like it full-bodied.
In the summer, the Trois Six invites gourmets to discover more than twenty flavours of homemade ice cream by the cup or in a cone.
